A Snapshot of Your Day As a QEHS Digitalization Professional you will engage in meaningful projects that drive digital transformation, developing intelligent reporting solutions and AI-powered analytics to enhance operational excellence across various functions. How You’ll Make an Impact - Assist in designing and building front-end interfaces (React) connected to back-end LLM services using Python and FastAPI. - Support API development to integrate AI models into existing engineering platforms, data lake and workflows. - Contribute to digital pipeline configuration and participate in code reviews, ETL under senior guidance. - Help maintain and update deployed applications, resolving bugs and improving features based on user feedback. - Provide day-to-day support for deployed AI tools - logging issues, triaging bugs, and assisting with resolution. - Monitor application performance using cloud dashboards (AWS CloudWatch or Azure Monitor). - Create and update technical documentation including architecture notes, API references, and user guides. - Support user onboarding and adoption efforts through demos, walkthroughs, and written guides. What You Bring - A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering - Hands-on experience with Python coursework, personal projects, or open-source contributions welcome. - Basic understanding of REST APIs and front-end development (React or similar). - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) - Basic understanding of data handling concepts such as ETL, data pipelines, and data quality principles. - Awareness of cybersecurity fundamentals (e.g., authentication, authorization, secure data handling) and interest in responsible AI practices. - Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools (Power BI preferred) for operational and analytical insights. - Interest in AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI topics within an engineering and enterprise context. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality, EHS, or Business Analytics within relevant sectors. Strong expertise in Quality Management Systems and familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 45001, 14001, 27001). Proven experience in digital transformation, process automation, and the development of management reporting systems. Proficiency in utilizing AI-powered tools and advanced analytics for data-driven decision-making and reporting efficiency. Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and Enablon, along with dashboard development using Power BI and Tableau.

Lead digitalization initiatives and business process automation to enhance operational efficiency. Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and executive performance scorecards for informed decision-making. Analyze and visualize data from various enterprise systems, including Salesforce and SAP, to generate actionable insights. Support continuous improvement programs through audits, corrective actions, and risk management strategies. Designing and deploying AI Agents and intelligent assistants to automate reporting, knowledge management, KPI monitoring, compliance tracking, and business workflows.
