It was established in late 2007 in order to provide victims with immediate shelter, protection and support services, in accordance with international human rights conventions. Job Description Prepare, draft, and edit news articles, press releases, and media materials related to the organization’s activities, initiatives, programs, events, and achievements.Develop and produce media and digital content for the organization’s website, social media platforms, and various media channels.Prepare statements, quotations, key messages, and briefing materials for senior management and spokespersons prior to interviews and media engagements.Coordinate with departments, sections, and organizational units to obtain the information, data, and materials required for preparing media content.Coordinate with media outlets, journalists, editors, television and radio channels, and digital platforms to arrange interviews and media coverage.Follow up on and execute media coverage, interviews, photography, filming, recording, and on-site media activities in accordance with approved plans and directives.Contribute to developing content for national and international campaigns and occasions, community initiatives, and human-interest and media stories.Monitor and track media coverage and news related to the organization and relevant media topics, and prepare periodic reports and summaries.Organize and archive media materials, photographs, videos, interviews, and press releases, and maintain and update the media database and media exposure records.Utilize approved digital tools and artificial intelligence applications to support research, editing, and content development, while complying with information security and privacy requirements.Ensure the accuracy of information and quality of content, and ensure compliance with the organization’s corporate identity, policies, and approved procedures prior to publication.Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of information related to beneficiaries and handle content involving women, children, and cases supported by the organization with professionalism and sensitivity.Build and maintain positive professional relationships with media outlets, partners, and relevant stakeholders to support the organization’s media objectives.Perform any other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in media, journalism, mass communication, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in media, corporate communications, media relations, or digital content.Experience in content development, news and press releases, and media relations.Professional certifications or training in digital media, content creation, media relations, or generative AI are preferred. Job Category: MediaAdvertiser: Dubai GovernmentEducational-level: BachelorRequired Nationality: UAE Only Suitable for people with determination: NoMonthly Salary: 10001-20000Schedule-Time: Full timeJob Posting: 08/10/2026Unposting Date: 07/11/2026
