Links these operations with the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure immediate responses to customer and public requests and inquiries in coordination with relevant entities, aligning with the organization's strategic plan. Supervises and monitors the execution of all departmental operations and procedures to ensure continuous improvement and development of the call center in compliance with issued regulations, bylaws, and policies, while enhancing institutional identity and raising the organization's media profile. Define and approve strategic and operational objectives for the communication department, prepare and implement corporate communication plans reflecting the organization's mission, achievements, and initiatives, and ensure alignment with the overall strategy.Manage and direct corporate messaging across various traditional and digital media channels, ensuring consistency with the organization's identity and strategy.Ensure the effectiveness of receiving all customer inquiries through communication channels, providing them with accurate information via on-the-job training covering various reports, inquiries, and events. Ensure the preparation and continuous updating of FAQs regarding the organization's services and events in cooperation with organizational units and link them to the services directory.Enhance and support communication methods with call centers of government and private departments and institutions to handle emergencies, services, and joint reports between these entities and the organization. Direct and monitor the evaluation of the effectiveness of call center systems, reporting systems, and inquiry responses, updating them based on impact measurement results to drive development and modernization.Supervise media relations management, including drafting press releases, coordinating media interviews, and managing crisis communication in accordance with approved protocols.Coordinate and supervise the preparation of official letters, briefing materials, and talking points for senior leadership to participate in events and media appearances.Supervise the preparation and development of newsletters, publications, and digital content to enhance the organization's internal and external communication and ensure the application of the corporate identity across all media materials and communication channels.Supervise the planning and execution of events, conferences, and awareness campaigns in coordination with relevant organizational units to enhance institutional presence.Monitor and analyze media coverage, measure public opinion trends toward the organization, and prepare necessary reports and recommendations for senior management.Supervise the communication team and manage external service providers (such as media and design agencies), ensuring deliverable quality and adherence to timelines.Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree with 11 years of experience, or Master's degree with 9 years of practical experience.
