Qualifications Qualifications:Master's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Diploma in Law, Finance, or an equivalent field.Experience:Master's Degree: A minimum of three (3) years of experience in contracts and procurement.Bachelor's Degree: A minimum of five (5) years of experience in contracts and procurement.Diploma: A minimum of eleven (11) years of experience in contracts and procurement.
