Beginning of the main content section.Return to the home pagePrintable Format Job Description - Senior Counselling and Rehabilitation Officer (26002330)Job Description Senior Counselling and Rehabilitation Officer - (26002330) Job Description · Support the study team by documenting benchmarking comparisons, compiling relevant sources and references, conducting an initial linguistic review of content, and ensuring that materials are formatted in accordance with institutional publishing requirements.· Develop questionnaires and training needs assessment tools related to archival management for employees within the Library’s Archives Sector and archivists working in government entities, with the aim of developing a qualification and training plan. Distribute the questionnaires to relevant entities and trainees, follow up on response completion, and consolidate the data into analyzable formats.· Coordinate technical activities and manage relationships with relevant stakeholders, including suppliers and training institutes, to develop training content, respond to inquiries, follow up on task completion in accordance with the approved timeline, and receive training materials in the approved format.· Distribute program and trainer evaluation questionnaires to participants, follow up on their completion, compile responses, and document them in the designated evaluation records.· Maintain regular communication with implementing entities, including universities and consulting firms, coordinate training schedules, and ensure the availability of the resources and information required for implementation. Coordinate with relevant entities to identify target groups within the Archives Sector to attend the programs.· Execute and monitor the operational aspects of training courses and workshops by coordinating venue bookings, arranging logistical requirements, communicating with host entities, and ensuring that field teams adhere to the approved preparation plan.· Compile attendance data, document the number and details of activities conducted, coordinate field statistics files, and ensure that all forms are completed and updated on a regular basis.· Collect field data and observations from relevant entities during workshops, programs, or through questionnaires; code the data according to the approved categories of challenges (technical, technological, organizational, and legal); and update the monitoring database.· Perform any other duties or responsibilities related to the nature of the department’s work as assigned by the direct supervisor.
