Beginning of the main content section.Return to the home pagePrintable Format Job Description - Head of Policies and Prospective Studies unit (26002122)Job Description Head of Policies and Prospective Studies unit - (26002122) Job Description · Develop and oversee the implementation of the corporate strategy for ambulance policies and future foresight studies, ensuring alignment with the corporate strategic plan, organizational objectives, and the directives of senior leadership.· Provide strategic advice and consultation to senior management on all matters related to ambulance policies and foresight studies.· Prepare the operational projects of the section, oversee their implementation, and ensure alignment with the department's strategic plan.· Oversee the development and implementation of corporate policies, regulations, and procedures governing the governance of technical and medical studies, while ensuring compliance with research ethics principles and standards.· Oversee the review and approval of policies, procedures, and standards for training providers related to ambulance services, in collaboration with the relevant organizational units.· Supervise the regular extraction and analysis of statistical data, develop evidence-based recommendations for improvement, and present findings to decision-makers within the corporate environment.· Oversee the preparation of requirements for obtaining medical accreditations in the field of ambulance services in accordance with corporate requirements.· Oversee collaboration with local and international scientific institutions in the field of future studies, and lead foresight studies related to pre-hospital emergency medicine in coordination with the relevant organizational units. Qualifications · Master's Degree: Minimum 6 years of experience in Healthcare Facility Management, Emergency Medical Services, or a related field.· Bachelor's Degree: Minimum 8 years of experience in Healthcare Facility Management, Emergency Medical Services, or a related field.
