Job Description Job PurposeTo effectively oversee and manage the Lease section, to ensure smooth delivery of the related services to the clients, and to adhere to the designated responsibilities within the role.Managerial• Manages the day to day operations of the personnel or projects under your control to ensure the set objectives are being met.• Improving efficiency by evaluating and monitoring operational & financial performance of the personnel or project that are handled• Direct and ensure implementation of the set business strategy through achievement of milestones across approved timeline.• Develop and implement all necessary policies and procedures to ensure that operations are being achieved both efficiently and effectively.Contract and Data Administration• Ensures all contract services are managed whilst complying to the contract management plan.• Coordinate the usage of primary data and information to keep in line with emerging trends.• Manage and amend the necessary contracts as per the changes of the rules and regulations.Client Management.• Implement a communication strategy that adheres to the processes and procedures.• Manages and retains current clients in a professional manner.• Expand clients database to maximize organizational return on investment.Reporting• Support the preparation, consolidation, and formatting of executive reports, presentations, dashboards, and correspondence.• Ensure reports are prepared accurately, submitted on time, and aligned with organizational standards and branding.• Maintain trackers for KPIs, partnerships documentation, and executive requests as directed.Continuous Improvement• Contribute to identifying opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of departmental processes, workflows, systems and other service delivery.Health, Safety and Environment• Ensure compliance to all relevant quality, health, safety, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls across the departments to guarantee employee and assets safety, legislative compliance, and a responsible environmental attitude. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, Law, or a related field.Master’s degree or relevant professional certification in Real Estate, Property Management, Contract Management, or Business Administration is an advantage.Minimum of 10 years of experience in leasing, property management, contract administration, or client relationship management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of lease administration, contract management, and client servicing practices.Experience in managing commercial and/or industrial property portfolios is preferred.Familiarity with UAE real estate regulations, leasing processes, and contract governance requirements.Proven experience in stakeholder management, operational improvement, and team leadership.
