About the role

Requirements

• - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• - Minimum of 12 - 15+ years of experience in project management with a focus on façade projects.
• - Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex façade projects from start to finish.
• - Strong knowledge of façade materials, design principles, and construction techniques.
• - Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in project management software.
• - Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• - Ability to navigate challenging project dynamics and deliver results under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-scale project plans and conduct project meetings to ensure they align with client objectives.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
• Lead the design development process in collaboration with architects and engineering teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing potential challenges proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies on-site.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and provide direction to site teams, contractors, and suppliers.
