Emirates Investment Authority (EIA) is seeking an accomplished Corporate Secretary to support the effective operation of its Board and committees and strengthen governance across the organisation. This is a high-trust role for a UAE National who combines sound governance judgement with exceptional bilingual drafting capability and the discretion required for sensitive Board matters. Eligibility: Only UAE Nationals will be considered for this position. - Advise the Executive Board Committee and senior management on corporate governance, UAE legal and regulatory requirements and relevant international standards; support policy development and governance capability-building. - Plan and coordinate Board and committee calendars, agendas, papers and meetings, and ensure decisions and actions are documented and followed through. - Draft precise Board minutes, resolutions, memoranda, policies and formal correspondence in English and Classical/Modern Standard Arabic (الفصحى). - Monitor statutory obligations, filings, governance reporting and secure Board records, and liaise effectively with ministries, regulators, judicial bodies and external advisers.
