IT Systems Administrator

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the organization’s IT infrastructure. The role involves administering servers, networks, user accounts, security systems, and IT services while ensuring reliable and secure day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities - Install, configure, maintain, and monitor Windows/Linux servers and IT systems. - Manage user accounts, permissions, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and access controls. - Monitor network and system performance and troubleshoot technical issues. - Perform system backups, recovery procedures, and disaster-recovery activities. - Manage hardware, software, printers, and other IT infrastructure. - Apply security patches, updates, antivirus protection, and system hardening. - Maintain IT documentation, configurations, and asset records. - Respond to help-desk escalations and provide technical support to users.
