About the Role We are looking for an experienced Product Design Led to define the design vision, strategy, and execution across our products. You will lead end-to-end product design, mentor designers, establish scalable design systems, and work closely with Product and Engineering to deliver exceptional user experiences. This role combines hands-on product design with leadership, driving both product quality and design excellence across the company. Responsibilities - Define and drive the overall product design strategy aligned with business goals. - Lead end-to-end product design from discovery and research to high-fidelity UI and production handoff. - Mentor and support designers through coaching, feedback, and career development. - Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to shape product direction. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into impactful product decisions. - Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished user interfaces. - Build, maintain, and evolve a scalable design system. - Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all products. - Facilitate design critiques, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration. - Champion user-centered design and data-informed decision making. - Leverage modern AI tools and workflows to accelerate design, validation, and implementation.
