Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park, is looking for a service oriented Bar Host/Hostess to join their extraordinary team! Ideally located in the heart of Dubai Science Park, in the most sought after residential area of Dubai. Minutes away from mega malls, magnificent Jumeirah Beaches, world’s leading tourist attractions and Parks, auto drome and over 5 championship golf courses. The Holiday Inn & Suites at Dubai Science Park has 240 hotel rooms and suites and 84 one-bedroom apartments, anchor F&B offerings and an extensive 1026sqm cutting-edge meeting and events facilities. Your day to day • Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, ascertain their dining needs in the Bar. • Seat guests and manage the seating chart and monitors restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow. • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. • Perform opening and closing duties, as needed. • Take bookings for the Restaurant, via telephone, fax, emails and deal promptly with all inquiries relating to the Restaurant, turning inquiries into bookings and handling guest’s orders. • Keep up to date and accurate all enquiries relating bookings and put them in the systems and follow up any guest’s requirements and pass it on to the right person. • Liaise with the restaurant management regarding special offers and ensure the offers are advertised accordingly on the system and website. • Utilise the systems to its full potential, maximise bookings, create a database of all regular patrons of the restaurant, building a detailed record of guest. • Managing administrative tasks, reports, for on a daily basis.
