The sights, sounds, scents and, importantly, service. As a Restaurant Host/Hostess, you’ll welcome our guests, recommend food and drink and help keep service on-track and up to standard. By tailoring each guest’s experience to their unique tastes, you’ll create memories as delightful as the dishes. Some of your main role responsibilities are: • Welcome guests warmly, manage reservations, waiting lists, and seating arrangements. • Provide menus, explain restaurant offerings, and answer guest inquiries. • Maintain good knowledge of the menu, promotions, and restaurant facilities. • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond professionally to requests and complaints. • Communicate VIP arrivals, special occasions, and guest preferences to the service team. • Coordinate with Restaurant Supervisors, Managers, and F&B colleagues for smooth operations. • Maintain clean and updated menus, promotional materials, and restaurant information. • Prepare and maintain accurate buffet tags and food labels. • Obtain guest feedback and share relevant comments with the team to improve guest satisfaction. • Answer telephone ca
