A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: • Welcoming guests warmly and escorting them to their tables. • Managing reservations, table allocations, and seating arrangements to support a smooth flow of service. • Coordinating closely with the restaurant team on table availability and guest preferences. • Recognising returning guests and communicating relevant guest information and special requests to the team. • Assisting guests with restaurant information, menu recommendations, and current promotions. • Responding to guest enquiries and feedback in a professional and caring manner. • Supporting the restaurant team during busy periods to ensure a seamless guest experience. • Ensuring every guest receives a warm and person
