InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel & residence in the heart of Dubai Marina with 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event space and restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence. A little taste of your day-to-day: Your role will include but not be limited to: • Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels promptly and professionally. • Process reservations in accordance with hotel standards and brand guidelines. • Maximize room occupancy and revenue by using up-selling and cross-selling techniques. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room types, rates, promotions, packages, and hotel facilities. • Ensure accuracy in guest profiles, billing instructions, and special requests. • Assist with group bookings and coordinate with Sales & Events for special requirements. • Liaise closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure seamless communication. • Monitor availability and adjust reservations accordingly to optimize room inventory. • Resolve guest issues and requests in a timely and courteous manner. • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by management. • Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information at all times.
