The role combines hands-on leadership, deal support, and performance coaching to drive pipeline discipline, improve conversion rates, and deliver a consistent brand-standard customer experience. Acting as the operational leader on the showroom floor, the Sales Supervisor plays a critical role in maximizing team productivity, supporting deal closure, and maintaining sales process compliance. By ensuring structured activity management and strong execution across the sales team, the role directly contributes to revenue growth, customer satisfaction (NPS/CSV), and overall showroom performance. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Daily Operations • Lead daily sales operations through team huddles, target tracking, and activity planning aligned with monthly objectives • Allocate walk-in customers, digital leads, and key accounts based on team workload, performance, and conversion capability • Coach Sales Executives on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer engagement, and objection handling • Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring alignment with sales targets and dealership expectations • Maintain discipline in showroom processes, attendance, and daily activity standards Deal Support & Conversion • Support Sales Executives in handling high-value, complex, or sensitive customer negotiations • Approve discounts, F&I proposals, and trade-in valuations within delegated authority levels • Drive structured second-facing on undecided customers to improve closing ratios • Ensure every deal is structured to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction Pipeline & Activity Management • Monitor lead response times, pipeline health, and conversion performance across the team • Ensure 100% lead capture, accurate data entry, and consistent updates within CRM / DMS systems • Identify underperformance early and implement corrective coaching and action plans • Maintain visibility on booking pipelines, test drives, and pending deals to ensure consistent sales flow Customer Experience & Showroom Standards • Ensure showroom presentation, vehicle display, and demo fleet readiness meet brand standards at all times • Handle customer escalations proactively to resolve issues quickly and protect NPS / CSV performance • Coordinate with Handover, F&I, and Aftersales teams to ensure a seamless and professional customer journey • Promote a customer-first culture across the sales team Reporting & Compliance • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for the Sales Manager covering team activity, sales performance, and pipeline status • Ensure all deals comply with OEM, regulatory, and internal documentation standards including KYC and financing requirements • Maintain audit readiness across deal files, customer records, and sales documentation • Support compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements Educational Requirements • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline Experience Requirements • Minimum 3–6 years of automotive retail sales experience within a franchised dealership environment • At least 1–2 years of experience in a senior sales, team lead, or supervisory role • Proven track record of strong personal sales performance prior to moving into leadership • Experience managing daily showroom operations and coaching sales teams in high-volume environments Technical Skills • Strong proficiency in CRM and Dealer Management Systems (DMS) for pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting • Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel for performance tracking and reporting • Good understanding of F&I products, financing structures, and trade-in valuation processes • Ability to analyse sales performance metrics and drive im
