The successful candidate will be confident performing injectables independently and passionate about delivering natural, patient-focused results. Key Responsibilities Conduct aesthetic consultations and patient assessments. Develop personalised treatment plans. Perform aesthetic procedures safely and independently. Deliver evidence-based cosmetic treatments and patient education. Conduct follow-up consultations and long-term treatment planning. Support patient retention and treatment journey management. Maintain accurate DHA-compliant clinical documentation. Support patient safety, quality improvement, and service excellence initiatives. MBBS / MBChB or equivalent from an accredited institution. Completion of a recognised specialty qualification approved by DHA, HAAD, or MOH (UAE). Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience at specialist level. Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification. Fluency in English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage. Aesthetic certifications and advanced injectables training are highly desirable. DHA-licensed or DHA-eligible Specialist Dermatologist. Strong aesthetic dermatology background essential. Proven experience performing cosmetic and aesthetic procedures independently. Comfortable working in a high-volume OPD aesthetic clinic environment.

Provide specialist-level aesthetic dermatology services in line with best-practice clinical guidelines and Medical Staff Bylaws. Deliver cosmetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and safety standards. Perform aesthetic and cosmetic procedures including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation treatments, and non-invasive aesthetic procedures. Assess skin conditions and advise on appropriate cosmetic and dermatological treatment options. Conduct outpatient dermatology procedures where applicable. Counsel patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare, and risks. Conduct follow-up consultations and manage long-term aesthetic treatment plans. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records. Work collaboratively with clinic teams to ensure high standards of patient experience and safety. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental development activities. Engage in continuing medical education and remain current with advances in aesthetic dermatology.
