Job Purpose: Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to FAB Asset Management teams and executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning across departments Coordinate and manage office logistics, documentation, and communication workflows, supporting efficient delivery of business objectives Support vendor management, travel coordination, and procurement activities related to offices and premises in line with FAB AM operational procedures Key Accountabilities: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in timely delivery milestones by engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders Ability to manage administrative processes in a structured, compliant, and timely manner Excellent communication and coordination skills to support cross-functional teams Manage daily administrative activities including scheduling, filing, and correspondence Support procurement, vendor onboarding, and payment requests Coordinate travel, expense management, and executive support activities Maintain accurate records Qualifications & Experience: Administrative coordination Office management logistics Reporting and internal communication Vendor and facilities coordination Years of experience: 7+ years
