Job Purpose: Lead the execution of marketing and communication initiatives to support FAB Asset Management’s retail and institutional sales objectives Enhance brand visibility and awareness through consistent messaging, campaign management, and digital presence in alignment with Group brand standards Coordinate product marketing, collateral development, and client communication, ensuring alignment with investment and distribution teams Support events, campaigns, and promotional initiatives that position FAB AM as a leading regional asset manager and trusted investment partner Live and demonstrate the FAB AM values Key Accountabilities: Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital channels, and financial communication Ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear and engaging marketing content Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across internal teams and external vendors Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills with attention to brand and compliance standards Ensure marketing materials and client communications comply with CMA and ADGM regulatory requirements Liaise with Group Corporate Communications and Legal for brand alignment and content approvals Maintain marketing budget tracking and ensure efficient use of resources Support internal communication initiatives to strengthen FAB AM’s identity and culture Contribute to periodic management reports and dashboards summarizing marketing activity Qualifications & Experience: Marketing campaign execution Product and brand communication Marketing materials and collateral Digital and social media activities Events and sponsorships 5-10 Years of Experience
