It was established in late 2007 in order to provide victims with immediate shelter, protection and support services, in accordance with international human rights conventions. Job Description Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office activities.Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management.Prepare administrative reports, correspondence, memos, and documentation.Maintain employee records and administrative files in compliance with organizational policies.Coordinate meetings, events, travel arrangements, and logistical requirements.Monitor and manage service contracts and agreements with external vendors.Ensure compliance with internal administrative policies and procedures.Assist in developing and implementing administrative processes to improve operational efficiency.Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of buildings, offices, accommodations, and related facilities.Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with contractors and service providers.Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities are safe, clean, and operational.Monitor utility services, including electricity, water, air conditioning, and other facility systems.Manage office furniture, equipment, and organizational assets.Follow up on facility-related issues and ensure timely resolution.Support space planning, office moves, and facility improvement projects.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
