About the Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Health and Safety.Executive to join Jumeirah The Red Sea. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: • Conduct routine HSE inspections across resort operational areas, ensuring observations are documented, followed up, and closed in a timely manner. • Support workplace risk assessments and assist departments in implementing effective control measures to minimise health and safety risks. • Assist with the investigation of incidents, accidents, near misses, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions, including reporting, root cause analysis, and follow-up of corrective actions. • Monitor contractor and third-party activities to ensure compliance with HSE requirements, permit-to-work procedures, and safe working practices. • Support emergency preparedness initiatives, including evacuation drills, emergency response exercises, equipment inspections, and departmental readiness reviews. • Assist in the implementation and continuous review of HSE policies, procedures, SOPs, risk assessments, and incident management processes. • Monitor environmental compliance activities, including waste management, chemical storage, spill prevention, environmental records, and regulatory documentation. • Support beach and waterfront safety compliance by reviewing safety signage, emergency access, rescue and first aid equipment readiness, incident reporting procedures, and emergency response requirements. • Participate in internal audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance assessments related to health, safety, environmental, and operational readiness. •
