For the Good of Tomorrow Dubai Holding is looking to hire a Business Manager within the Information Technology Department at Dubai Holding. The role holder is responsible for supporting the Group Chief Technology Officer (GCTO) in managing and executing the Technology agenda, ensuring that priorities, decisions and workstreams are effectively coordinated, tracked and translated into actionable deliverables. The role holder is also responsible for driving business management activities across the Technology function, including performance monitoring, reporting, strategic initiative support, cross‑functional coordination and enabling smooth and disciplined execution of tasks and projects within the GCTO Office. Key Accountabilities: Business Management & GCTO Office Support: • Lead internal communication, information flow and preparation of materials for GCTO meetings, reviews and decision‑making forums • Prepare high‑quality reports, presentations and analytical summaries for senior leadership • Support planning and coordination of leadership meetings, forums and internal Technology events • Oversee daily administrative and operational activities linked to the GCTO Office to ensure consistent and efficient functioning Strategy Support & Special Initiatives: • Support early‑stage structuring and assessment of strategic initiatives, including technology‑led venture exploration and infrastructure opportunities
