About the Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Guest Relations Executive (Saudi National Talent) – Food & Beverage at Jumeirah The Red Sea. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: • Ensure the hostess desk or door is always manned to provide all guests with a friendly and prompt welcome upon arrival. • Schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or special services according to Restaurant Reservations SOP, ensuring efficient coordination. • Use the F&B Enquiry/Booking checklist to handle restaurant enquiries and bookings professionally and in accordance with standards. • Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, match their pace, and present menus promptly after seating. Share guest names with relevant service staff immediately. • Act as an escort for VIP and regular guests/residents, providing personalized attention and maintaining knowledge of their preferences, allergies, and special requests. • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs accurately, including those with special requirements, delivering service that exceeds expectations while adhering to Heart of Jumeirah standards.
