About the opportunity WHAT’S ON YOUR PLATE? HR Systems Management - Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance - Support system upgrades, testing, and implementations Data & Reporting - Generate HR reports (headcount, turnover, onboarding, etc.) - Assist in building dashboards and analytics - Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies - Support onboarding/offboarding workflows in systems - Maintain HR process documentation and SOPs - Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency User Support - Act as the first point of contact for HR system queries - Troubleshoot basic system issues - Train HR team members on system usage Compliance & Governance - Ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies - Support audits and data validation processes What you need to be successful - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field - 1–3 years in HR operations, HRIS, or a data-related role is preferred - Experience with HR systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus - *MUST have a UAE Family Book* - Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills - High attention to detail and data accuracy - Analytical mindset - Good communication skills - Ability to handle confidential information.
