They are primarily concerned with developing solutions to challenges which require some analysis to understand and resolve, and addressing issues escalated from junior levels. They undertake complex operational activities including collection, consolidation, prioritization, and analysis of requests as well as working on the development and delivery of legal studies in selected domain to provide legal opinion in accordance with relevant inquiry specifications as well as set plan. Job Resposiblites • Support the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices and productivity improvement • Develop methodology, working guidelines, templates and processes for legal inquiry research and advisory services related to all ZATCA functions • Receive and evaluate requests for legal advice, and classify them according to urgency and relevance • Handle the continuous update of legal advisory database systems (related to legal inquiry/support) ensuring request logs are always recent • Assist in the development and delivery of relevant legal studies and provide non-(tax, zakat, and customs) legal opinion on inquiries received from different sectors and divisions • Provide legal advice for simple inquiries and accordingly clarify ambiguities and provide solutions and recommendations Job Details • Follow all relevant policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner • Help in solving escalated problems and provide needed support for junior team to ensure work is carried out in an efficient manner • Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure cases/issues are closed properly • Perform other duties as requested Communication and Contacs Education Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, or equivalent is required Experience A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience Competencies Collaboration and Communication - Developing Customer Focus - Proficient Data Gathering and Assessment - Proficient Enablement of Change and Innovation - Developing Legal Advisory - Advanced Legal Writing and Policy Drafting - Proficient Legislations and Regulations - Proficient Professionalism - Proficient Research and Analysis - Advanced Results Oriented - Proficient Stakeholder Management - Proficient Apply now » Find similar jobs: Join Talent Community Home Page View All Jobs Opens in a new tab.
