Experience in supervising undergraduate and/or graduate students is required, as well as familiarity with modern teaching modalities, such as problem-based and team-based learning (PBL/TBL) or flipped classrooms. Candidates should demonstrate the use of technology-enhanced teaching methods and effective student assessment strategies. Expertise in biostatistics, data analysis, or research methodologies is considered an advantage. The successful candidate is expected to initiate and sustain both internally and externally funded research in their area of expertise and to publish findings in reputable international journals.
