Enterprise AI & Industry 4.0 Strategy Lead ( Vacant Position) Department: Strategy (Direct report to Chief Strategy Officer) Role Purpose: The role is responsible for building Tanmiah’s internal capability to identify, design, and scale practical applications of advanced technologies (AI, IoT, robotics, and data analytics) across both operations and support functions. This role will act as a value creation engine, focusing on: • Reducing cost across the value chain (farms → PPLs → support functions) • Driving productivity improvements using automation and AI • Embedding digital capability within business units rather than outsourcing it Unlike IT or Transformation roles, this position focuses on applied use cases, rapid execution, and measurable financial impact, not system ownership or governance. Key Responsibilities 1. Use Case identification PLUS Scale & Deploy (Operations + Support Functions) Identify high-impact use cases across Operations and Support Functions • Farm automation (IoT, environment optimization), Mortality prediction using AI, Feed conversion optimization, Processing automation (yield, quality), output monitoring in PPLs, hatcheries and feedmills, RPA in support functions like HR, finance, procurement. Ai Eco system development across the value chain. 2. Hands-on Pilot Development • Build and deploy MVPs using: Python / AI models, Cloud-based tools, IoT integrations and work directly with business units to Test solutions and Validate real-world impact 3. External Ecosystem Management • Identify and partner with AgriTech startups, AI solution providers, Universities / research centers, government authorities working on emerging tech (MEWA initiative on bloackchain) and NGC initiative on food security using Ai Technical Requirements • Strong understanding of AI/ML applications (practical, not theoretical), Data pipelines and APIs, IoT systems and edge devices • Hands-on capability in Python (data analysis / automation) AND Working with real datasets • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA , Industrial environments (manufacturing, agri, food processing) and predictive analytics • 8–15 years experience with Background in Engineering / Computer Science / AI and Experience in Industry 4.0 / automation / AI deployment 4. Reporting Line • Reports to: Chief Strategy Officer and Works cross-functionally with IT, HR, business units and Transformation

Technical Requirements: Strong understanding of AI/ML applications (practical, not theoretical), Data pipelines and APIs, IoT systems and edge devices.
