Job Description: We are seeking a Sr. Principal AI Architect with strong hands-on capabilities in AI/ML engineering, Agentic AI, MLOps, and AI product delivery. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in NLP, Computer Vision, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Agentic AI, Data Science, and multimodal architectures, combined with proven experience deploying enterprise-grade AI products. This role requires end-to-end ownership - from architecture and R&D to implementation, optimization, governance, and scalable deployment - using Python and enterprise backend technologies in production environments. The ideal candidate must have proven hands-on experience architecting and delivering production-grade Agentic AI systems, including autonomous and semi-autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration, supervisor/worker architectures, tool-enabled agents, agent memory, planning and reasoning, RAG/GraphRAG, and enterprise integration. The candidate should demonstrate practical experience taking Agentic AI solutions beyond prototypes into secure, observable, scalable enterprise environments. Required Skills: 10+ years in AI/ML Engineering & Architecture Expert in Python and Generative AI Strong Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Systems experience RAG, Agentic RAG & GraphRAG expertise LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI MCP (Model Context Protocol) knowledge NLP, LLMs, Knowledge Graphs & Multimodal AI Vector Databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus, FAISS, pgvector) Neo4j or Graph Database experience MLOps, LLMOps, CI/CD, Docker & Kubernetes API, Microservices & Distributed Systems expertise Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP AI Security, Governance & Responsible AI Production-grade AI Deployment experience Strong Solution Architecture & Leadership skills Java/Spring Boot experience (preferred) Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field Soft Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills.
