Night Manager Front Office

Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island Oversee all Front Office activities during the night shift. Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures. Monitor room availability, room assignments, and occupancy levels. Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and professionally. Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, and other departments. Ensure proper shift handover and communication with the morning team.

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial position. Previous experience as a Night Manager or Duty Manager is an advantage. Good knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems (PMS). Strong knowledge of Night Audit procedures. Excellent communication and guest-handling skills. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently during night shifts. Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
