Risk Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Risk Manager to join our organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a strategic role designed for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 8 years of specialized experience in risk management within the real estate sector and project management environment. Conduct thorough risk assessments across real estate portfolios, development projects, and operational activities. Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies aligned with project requirements and timelines. Prepare detailed risk reports and documentation for stakeholder review and board presentations Establish and maintain risk management frameworks, controls, and procedures to minimize organizational exposure Conduct risk workshops, training and awareness programs to promote a risk-conscious culture throughout the organization Review contracts and agreements to identify potential risks and recommend protective measures

Minimum 8 years of professional experience in risk management, with substantial focus on the real estate sector and project risk Proven expertise in risk assessment, analysis, and mitigation strategies Advanced proficiency in data analysis and risk modeling techniques Demonstrated experience with risk management software and analytical tools Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
