Landscape Engineer (Construction Supervision)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Landscape Engineer (Construction Supervision) to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will oversee landscape construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. You will serve as a key liaison between design teams, contractors, and clients, making critical decisions on-site to maintain project integrity and client satisfaction in the dynamic Abu Dhabi construction environment. Supervise and coordinate all landscape construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with approved designs, specifications, and local UAE building codes and regulations Conduct regular site inspections and quality assessments to verify that work meets design standards and contractual requirements Manage project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery and on-time completion Analyze site conditions, identify potential challenges, and develop practical solutions to address construction obstacles and design modifications Communicate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, design teams, and clients to provide project updates and resolve issues promptly Monitor and control project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, change orders, and as-built drawings Lead and mentor on-site teams, providing clear direction and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and environmental standards Coordinate with relevant authorities and ensure all landscape installations comply with local environmental and sustainability requirements Evaluate material quality and specifications upon delivery, ensuring all landscape materials meet project requirements Prepare progress reports and presentations for project stakeholders and management

Proven experience in landscape construction supervision and site management (minimum 7+ years) Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, materials, and construction methodologies Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD and Civil 3D Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Solid understanding of landscape specifications, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation techniques Knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and local environmental standards Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices and green building standards Experience working on landscape projects in the Middle East or GCC region (preferred)
