BIM Lead - Landscape

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented BIM Lead - Landscape to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this leadership role, you will oversee the development and coordination of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for landscape projects, ensuring seamless integration across all project phases. You will lead a team of BIM coordinators and landscape professionals, driving innovation in landscape design and digital delivery while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and coordination. Lead the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and internal protocols. Oversee the production and coordination of BIM models and drawings within the Landscape discipline and across other design disciplines. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and quality of deliverables. Conduct thorough self-checks and technical quality reviews of all work before submission. Maintain accurate project documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures. Represent the Landscape BIM function in client meetings, presenting technical solutions and defending design decisions as needed. Supervise and coordinate the work of junior technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality outputs. Maintain effective communication with internal design teams and external consultants to ensure seamless coordination. Manage complex assignments independently, demonstrating a high level of technical proficiency. Ensure familiarity with relevant codes, permitting processes, and software applications related to landscape architecture and BIM. Create and manage Revit families, CAD blocks, and other digital assets to support project needs. Stay current with evolving BIM technologies and workflows, and actively contribute to the team’s digital capability development. Champion quality assurance procedures and consistently apply rigorous self-check protocols before issuing deliverables. Actively participate in U+P steering committees focused on staff engagement, digital integration, knowledge sharing, or diversity and inclusion. Extensive experience in BIM coordination and model management Demonstrable understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and interdisciplinary coordination. Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage junior team members. Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in digital design practices.

**Required Skills & Experience:** 10+ years of professional experience in landscape design, BIM coordination, or related field. Diploma in Architectural Technology or Bachelor of Architecture  3+ years of demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience managing technical teams Advanced proficiency with BIM software platforms such as Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, or equivalent landscape-focused BIM tools
