Possible Start Date: February 2027 What You'll Be Doing Welcome guests warmly & help create memorable dining experiences. Support daily restaurant and bar operations, including preparation, setup & service. Learn & apply Delano's service standards while bringing your own personality to every guest interaction. Develop your knowledge of food, beverages, menus & service techniques. Assist with guest requests, anticipating needs & delivering thoughtful, attentive service. Work closely with colleagues across our Food & Beverage outlets. Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, hygiene & food safety. Who We're Looking For Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field. A genuine passion for hospitality, food & beverage service and creating exceptional guest experiences. A positive attitude, natural curiosity & willingness to learn. Strong communication skills in English. Proficiency in Russian, French or German would be an asset. A friendly, confident personality with a genuine enjoyment of working with people. A team player who thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Good attention to detail & a commitment to delivering excellent service. Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.
