Support the team with daily restaurant operations, including preparation, setup & service. Learn & apply luxury hospitality service standards. Develop your knowledge of food, beverages, menus & service techniques. Assist with guest requests while maintaining a professional & attentive approach. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Food & Beverage department. Follow hygiene, food safety & operational standards. Who We're Looking For Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field. A genuine passion for hospitality, food & beverage service. A positive attitude, willingness to learn & enthusiasm for working with people. Good communication skills in English are essential. Proficiency in Russian, French or German would be an asset. A team player who enjoys working in a dynamic, multicultural environment. An eye for detail & a natural desire to make guests feel welcome. Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.
