Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of all hot kitchen food items for à la carte and buffet menus in line with hotel recipes and quality standards. Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety at all times. Communicate effectively with the culinary and service teams to ensure smooth operations. Demonstrate a passion for guest satisfaction and continuously seek and respond to guest feedback. Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail and consistency.

Your experience and skills include: Should have at least 2 years experience in similar role for a 5 Star Hotel/Resort in UAE Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment Should have expertise in Ala Carte and Buffet Hot Section Should have culinary education background Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
