What’s in it for you: Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide Learning programs through our Academies Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities What you will be doing: Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and drinks according to MGallery standards and guest preferences Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service while creating memorable guest experiences Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout the operation Demonstrate excellent knowledge of beverages, cocktails, ingredients, and preparation techniques Take guest orders accurately and provide knowledgeable recommendations when requested Ensure all beverages are presented consistently, professionally, and attractively Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements to the supervisor Handle cash and billing procedures accurately in accordance with hotel standards Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and responsible service standards Support the team during busy periods and contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment Embody the MGallery spirit through warm, refined, and attentive service

1-2 years of previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer, wine, and spirits Proficiency in using systems and cash handling Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills Team player with a positive attitude High school diploma or equivalent Bartending certification preferred Knowledge of local liquor laws and regulations Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment
