Rixos Al Mairid Ras Al Khaimah As a Waiter/Waitress at Rixos Al Mairid Ras Al Khaimah, you will provide warm, professional food and beverage service while creating a welcoming experience for every guest. You will follow the resort’s service standards and work closely with the team to keep the outlet running smoothly. Key responsibilities: Welcome guests, answer enquiries, and build positive relationships through attentive service. Know the food and beverage menu, recommend suitable options, and identify opportunities to upsell. Complete opening and closing duties and keep the outlet clean, organised, and ready for service. Respond to guest concerns promptly and refer unresolved issues to the Team Leader for follow-up. Monitor supplies, minimise waste, and assist with operating equipment inventories. Follow food safety, hygiene, health and safety procedures, and participate in required training.

Diploma or degree in Hospitality or a related field is preferred. Previous food and beverage service experience in a four or five-star hotel is an advantage. Good knowledge of food and beverage service, with the ability to recommend menu items and upsell. Strong communication skills and a friendly, guest-focused approach. Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards.
