About the Program Our UAE National Pre-Graduate Program is designed to provide Emirati students with practical industry experience while completing their academic studies. Participants will gain hands-on exposure to major infrastructure, engineering, architecture, project management, and corporate operations projects while working alongside experienced professionals across various disciplines. The program aims to develop future talent by providing meaningful project exposure, structured learning opportunities, mentoring, and professional development. Available Disciplines Students currently pursuing degrees in the following fields are encouraged to apply: Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Civil Engineering Structural Engineering Project & Construction Management Project Coordination Project Management Construction Management Design & Architecture Architecture Interior Design Urban Planning Key Responsibilities Assist project teams in the delivery of engineering and consulting projects. Support project coordination activities, meetings, and documentation. Participate in technical reviews, design activities, and project planning. Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation. Conduct research, data analysis, and benchmarking studies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across various projects. Attend training sessions and development workshops. Learn and apply industry best practices, company standards, and HSE requirements. Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Eligibility Requirements UAE National with a valid Family Book. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program. Expected graduation within the next 12-24 months. Good academic standing. Strong interest in engineering, project management, architecture, design, or business operations. Available to commit to the program duration and learning activities. Preferred Skills Strong communication skills in English and Arabic. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Team-oriented mindset. Eagerness to learn and develop professionally. Strong organizational and time management skills.
