Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North Specialty Waiter/ Waitress This role requires extensive menu knowledge, expertise in food and beverage pairings, and the ability to deliver an exceptional dining experience. What you will be doing: Provide specialized, high-quality service. Greet, seat, and engage with guests to create a personalized and memorable dining experience. Offer expert knowledge on menu items, including ingredients, preparation techniques, and presentation. Deliver orders promptly and ensure food presentation meets restaurant standards. Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive yet discreet service. Handle VIP and high-profile guests with professionalism and discretion. Master themed service techniques. Communicate effectively with chefs, bartenders, and other service team to ensure seamless operations. Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times. Handle guest complaints or special requests with a problem-solving approach.

Previous experience as a Specialty Waiter/ Waitress or in Luxury Hospitality. Strong knowledge of the restaurant’s cuisine, ingredients, and dining customs. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to perform specialty service techniques. Well-groomed, professional presentation with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure. Multilingual skills (Russian language will be an advantage).
