Novotel Bur Dubai Job Purpose: As a Waitress, you will be responsible for providing warm, professional, and efficient service to guests while ensuring an excellent dining experience in line with Accor’s service standards. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and provide recommendations when required. Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally. Ensure accurate order taking and communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams. Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of tables, restaurant areas, and service stations. Check guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond to requests promptly. Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and escalate when necessary. Process bills and payments accurately. Follow all hotel standards, food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures. Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations. Promote a positive guest experience and represent the hotel professionally at all times.

Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Guest-focused with a positive and friendly attitude. Well-presented and professional. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
