Senior Cost Control engineer

We are seeking a Senior Cost Control engineer to join one of our major project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role will focus on overseeing cost control activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial performance. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing cost management, design review, and budget control for large-scale infrastructure and construction projects. Develop and maintain comprehensive project budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals Conduct detailed cost analyses and provide regular cost performance reports to stakeholders Provide cost performance analysis, interpretation and forecasting of cost performance against budgets Maintains the Program and Project Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS). Manage changes made to the structure of the CBS with version control. Support risk assessments and assist in development of mitigation strategies to minimize financial impacts Create and update financial models to forecast project costs and cash flows Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet budget constraints Implement and maintain cost control systems to track project expenses and variances Provide expert advice on cost-related matters to project managers and senior leadership Stay current with local regulations and industry best practices in cost engineering Provide budget and cost performance evaluation, interpretation and support business planning efforts.

Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering, Quantity Surveyor
