Ensures the guests are attended to i.e. presents menus, helps with recommendations, receives orders, places orders and handles payments. Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality

Service focused personality is essential Previous experience in a similar role in a fine dining / stand alone restaurant is a must.  Good Beverage Knowledge is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
