We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quantity Surveyor - Post Contract to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all post-contract financial and contractual matters for building projects. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure accurate cost management, contract compliance, and successful project delivery. This position requires a professional approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining meticulous documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Manage and administer all post-contract financial matters, including cost tracking, forecasting, and budget control Process and evaluate contractor claims, variations, and change orders with thorough analysis and documentation Prepare detailed cost reports, financial statements, and project valuations for stakeholders Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets and identify cost variances Negotiate and resolve contractual disputes and claims in a professional and timely manner Maintain comprehensive contract documentation, correspondence, and records in an organized manner Conduct regular site inspections and measurements to verify work completion and quality standards Liaise with project managers, contractors, architects, and clients to ensure alignment on financial and contractual matters Prepare final accounts and settlement documentation upon project completion Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, local regulations, and industry standards Analyze and report on project financial performance and provide recommendations for cost optimization
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or other Construction related field. 4-5 years post graduate experience 2-3 years in the Middle East
