Responsibilities Prepare comprehensive planning assessments, due diligence reports, and development applications for transport, energy, and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with UAE statutory planning requirements and local regulations Conduct research, policy analysis, and feasibility studies to inform project planning strategies and identify optimal approval pathways Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams to integrate planning inputs and ensure consistency across all project deliverables Engage with clients, stakeholders, and approval authorities to communicate planning recommendations clearly and professionally, managing expectations and addressing concerns Analyze spatial data and utilize GIS tools to support planning analysis, site assessments, and visualization of planning concepts Support project managers and senior planners in organizing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Contribute to the development of fee proposals and project bids, demonstrating the value of planning expertise to prospective clients Stay current with evolving planning policies, urban design principles, and sustainability best practices relevant to the Dubai and UAE context Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment
Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Town Planning, or a closely related discipline (such as Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Environmental Science) 2–4 years of professional urban planning experience, ideally gained within a planning consultancy or development organization
