Monitors, maintains, and re-stocks assigned room with products, supplies, disposables, and work tools.

Certified as Spa Therapist. With 2-5 years of experience in the same field in the hotel industry. With good English communication skills. With a pleasing personality and a well-focused individual. Able to handle pressure at work and capability to multi-task.

Deliver luxury spa experiences by performing treatments suited to guests using a range of techniques; provide warm, welcoming service and maintain high standards of cleanliness, room ambience, and overall spa experience. Answer guest questions, offer extensive feedback and demonstrations as applicable; execute suggestive and add-on sales and rebooking after treatment. Maintain knowledge of all treatments and spa facility; monitor, maintain, and restock assigned treatment room with products, supplies, disposables, and tools; establish long-term relationships with guests and ensure follow-up for future bookings.
