Tamheer - Engineer

Role Overview As a fresh graduate engineer, you will support project teams in the planning, design, and delivery of engineering solutions. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers and contribute to multidisciplinary projects, gaining hands-on experience and developing your technical skills. Key Responsibilities • Assist in the preparation of engineering drawings, calculations, and technical reports. • Support senior engineers in the design and analysis of systems and structures. • Participate in site visits, inspections, and data collection activities. • Contribute to the development of project documentation and presentations. • Coordinate with other disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural, Architectural) to ensure integrated solutions. • Assist in the review of project specifications and standards. • Support the preparation of material submittals and technical queries. • Learn and apply relevant codes, standards, and best practices. • Attend project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions. • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, civil, structural engineering, or architecture. • 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or co-op placements are a plus). • Strong academic record and willingness to learn. • Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000, MATLAB, etc.) is an advantage. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Analytical thinking and attention to detail. • Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
