Previous experience as an Order Taker or in a similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel setting. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods. Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
