Graduate - Design Specialist إماراتيين (خلاصة القيد)

Performs creative and graphic design tasks to deliver a range of outputs that effectively convey a message and capture the attention of our intended audiences. Uses a broad mix of design software and technology to create online and offline designs including: digital layouts, web graphics, video, UX, 3D, proposals and other collateral. Acts as a brand ambassador for the AECOM brand and its usage. This role is a part of our 24-months Advance graduate program . Job Summary Learns about the organization and marketing's role in enabling growth. Assists other creatives in the development and execution of creative concepts and campaigns. Creates compelling visual designs and layouts for a range of print and digital materials, such as social media graphics, website mockups, presentations and other media. Researches and stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform the creative process and produce high-quality work. Integrates with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketers, and developers, to ensure creative work aligns with project goals and client needs. Revises and refines designs based on feedback from team members, clients, and stakeholders. Ensures that all creative work meets brand guidelines and standards. Performs a self-check of work prior to submitting to others for review/approval. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meets project deadlines. Works alongside work winning teams to create digital and printed collateral including proposals and presentations.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Architecture, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 2.8 . Proficiency in design tools and software, including Adobe Creative Cloud and digital layout/3D/UX tools, as expected in graduate design roles. Strong visual communication, creativity, and ability to produce high‑quality digital and print designs.  Ability to follow brand guidelines and ensure accuracy and consistency in all creative outputs.  Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross‑functional creative and marketing teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Willingness to learn, adapt, and stay up to date with industry trends and evolving creative tools.
