Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field Minimum 15 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the railway industry Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) Extensive knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies Proficiency in root cause analysis, statistical process control, and Lean Six Sigma techniques Strong understanding of railway industry standards, regulations, and safety management systems Experience with quality management software and data analysis tools Excellent project management and risk assessment skills Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of driving quality initiatives Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Willingness to travel as required for audits and site inspections
