Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager with a background in civil engineering and a focus on infrastructure projects to join our team in Riyadh working on the construction of major roads & highways. The Quality Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are met throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design to construction and completion.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in quality management within the construction industry, with a focus on infrastructure projects such as roads, highways, tunnels, and bridges. Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in the construction industry.  Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies, such as ISO 9001 and Six Sigma. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and implement effective solutions. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in quality management software and tools, such as quality control software, statistical analysis software, and document management systems.
